Saludos nuestra querida hermana en la Tierra. Somos el Pueblo Cristal aquí nuevamente contigo mientras está sentada en su computadora tomando nuestro dictado. Estamos muy cerca, tan cerca como las venas de vida pulsando sangre en tu sistema. Respiramos contigo, pulsamos nuestros latidos cardiacos contigo, y cantamos nuestra Canción de las Edades a ti. Nuestra canción es el Amor…y su melodía penetra tus células al fundirnos contigo ahora – y operamos como Uno.
Los Cristales son únicos en carácter, dado que su Luz es tan brillante que tus ojos podrían ser cegados al mirar nuestra profundidad. En nuestra profundidad se sostiene la matriz cristalina de tu universo, sin desenmarañar su complejidad y estructura. Es tu guía a todas partes, si tan solo pudieras leer su mapa. Tu cuerpo también es un mapa, con códigos de vida incrustados en sus filamentos de ADN. Tu cuerpo tiene un anteproyecto que puede replicarse a la perfección, si no se altera, y si no fuera por el stress y el temor que todos ustedes le han traído. Porque el stress y el temor sólo deterioran los mecanismos precisos, y les impide a ustedes obtener su inmortalidad.
Nosotros los Cristales no mantenemos stress ni temor. En realidad, lo desconocemos por completo, porque nuestra Cuota de Luz es tan alta que sólo experimentamos el Amor Divino. Cuando uno solo se enfoca en su Divinidad, no puede haber lugar para la existencia de ningún otro sentimiento o pensamiento, y es entonces cuando su corazón se abre a la Presencia YO SOY y uno siente el gozo de la unión y la totalidad.
Entonces el desplazarse hacia su Divinidad está todo en sus pensamientos y enfoque. Porque sus pensamientos los llevarán a donde ustedes los dirijan. Entonces diríjanlos al Yo Divino, y siéntanlos unirse a Todo lo que Es: la Luz Interior en sus corazones que está esperando para que ustedes reconozcan su Presencia. Quédense en su espacio cardíaco, y sientan sólo el GOZO de la vida, sólo el AMOR del Creador, sólo la PUREZA de su presencia YO SOY y háganles señas para entrar. Permanezcan con la Música de las Esferas, y re-calibrarán vuestras células a la Música del Hogar. El Hogar está en el corazón – y ustedes ya saben esto.
Entonces encuentran su regreso al Hogar a través de su Corazón. Es la ruta más rápida a la Ascensión, y los esperamos allí. Estamos ya estacionados en el corazón de ustedes y esperamos su llamado para acompañarlos en su viaje de regreso a la Unidad de Consciencia. Los llevaremos junto con nosotros si tan solo reconocen nuestra existencia como viajeros compañeros en el camino hacia la Eternidad.
Mientras nos sostienen y acarician en sus manos, nosotros re-calibramos su pulso de vida, para poder latir con el resto de la vida en la Tierra, y unirse con nosotros en Un Latido de la Creación, todos vibrando en la misma frecuencia. Esta es la manera más rápida para que todos ascendamos. Porque nuestra ascensión no está completa sin el acompañamiento de ustedes. Toda la creación viaja junta. No solo nos necesitamos unos a otros, pero somos unos y otros. Entonces una vez que ustedes despierten a nuestra existencia y al hecho que hemos estado intentando contactarnos con ustedes por milenios, podremos comenzar a unir nuestras conciencias y subir hacia un octavo superior de existencia. Esperamos su llamado.

11:11:11 is the Gateway to Heaven
And so we now begin our climb
To a love so sublime
Where we will turn a whole new page
Moving us in, to the 7th Golden Age
The Elevens will carry us through the wind
Until the veils are very thin
Then we will ride along the tide
To find ourselves right inside
The 5th Dimension, where we will see
The opening to Eternity
We will see and we will feel
Every thing, that is real
Not just to our eyes, but what’s been hidden in disguise
And all that exists beyond our skies
All will be revealed
And we will surely feel
The Universe inside our heart
Where we will never, again depart
Returning to the heart
Will give us all a new start
Knowing for a certainty

is here. Greetings from Telos! We stand next to you as you take our dictation.
We have astral projected to your room where you are telepathically receiving our
words.
There
are more than one of us here with you, and yet you are receiving our thoughts
through our One Group Mind. We broadcast our thoughts out to you where you
receive them in the form of words and pictures. We love this form of
communication, and we eagerly seek more from our brothers and sisters on the
surface. We would like to be in communication with all Lightworkers on the
surface. This would speed up our emergence to the surface and bring us closer
to you in “space” – for what you can hear, you can identify with, and what you
identify with brings unification. It’s our UNITY that will bring us into our
ascension and it’s UNITY that will propel us into the photon belt. This mass
propulsion generates the energy to carry us all through. We are all doing this

Create your Future
Greetings! I am Adama from Telos, your lost city beneath the Earth, which many on the surface still have no inkling of.
We wish to spread the magnificence of our existence to all on the surface, so that all humanity will re-think their ideas and beliefs about existence on this planet. We feel that it’s time for all to hear about us, and for all to connect with us in their thoughts.
For our purpose of re-emerging at this time is to awaken all to the Glory of God, and to the glorified plan that our Creator has in store for us.
We are all brothers and sisters, wherever we live - whether in the oceans, on the land, or in the inner earth and Subterranean Cities. We all come from the same source, breathe the same air and dream the same dreams.
You can literally change your reality by the dreams you envision and the thoughts you think. For it is the dreams and thoughts that create your future. So dream on, our brothers and sisters, and in your dreams see only an Earth glorified in love and light, peopled by Light Beings of great beauty and purity of heart. It all starts with your thoughts and ends with your manifestations.
Yes, you do manifest the conditions of your lives. You manifest your reality daily, by the thoughts you go to sleep with the night before. So as you lie in bed dreaming of days to come, surround each thought with light so that only the magnificence of each idea blooms into the purity of light.
Enrich your dreams, and make them as grand as you can, for in the Infinite Universe all is possible - and the more grand the idea, the more possible it can be. For God only wishes the grandest and most majestic of worlds. Anything less is not of God, but of man.
So dream your dream, and see yourself as the majestic Beings you are, fully in control of your thoughts and fully aware of the purity of your intentions before you send them out to our Universe. That way, all will be returned to you in the glory and bliss of your dreams being manifested into your reality.
This is how we, in the Subterranean Cities, created our home of Bliss. We are very aware and tuned into our thoughts, and hold them in check to be released only when they are pure light and love. This way, only love and light returns to us, in the form we created.
This is a Universal Law – one so basic that we wonder how it has eluded you for so long. It is now time to return to God, and to re-acquaint yourselves with the Eternal Laws of the Universe. For you know these laws. These laws are a part of all life. And as you move up the scale of consciousness you will become more and more aware of the existence of Universal Law and you will wonder how it was that you could have ever forgotten.

"Greetings from Telos - that
seemingly far away city beneath the Earth that's really very close to you in
spirit. Our proximity is just a thought away, for the Earth is such a great
conductor that our thoughts connect instantaneously - and we are all 'thought.'
That is the nature of our make-up.
We are 'thought' embodying physical
form and therefore our thoughts can connect at any time and in any place. You
do not have to be in deep meditation to connect to us. Any time you think of us,
here beneath the surface, you will be making a connection to our energy field
and we will feel this connection and will respond. So why don't you practice
thinking of us, and then listening for the response - because there will be a
response you will feel or sense or intuit.
This practice will help enhance your
telepathic muscles and get them working again, so that you can begin making your
own telepathic contact to us, and to other members of your Family of Light who
long to reach you. As the saying goes, practice makes perfect and since you are
already perfect, why not practice your perfection of an all seeing, all knowing
spark of God?

"Greetings from the
Subterranean City of Telos. I am Adama and so pleased to share this time with
you today. We come bearing the fruits of wisdom and bringing you the elixir of
life as you join your hearts with mine. I am an Ascended Master residing in
Telos, and wish to connect to the hearts of all our loved ones who came from
Lemuria and are now residing on the surface. The conditions on Earth are very
different now, and you have made great strides in lifting the consciousness of
yourselves and humanity during your lifetime. It is time now for all to rejoice,
for the moment of our emerging from our cities underground is about to occur.
There is less than a year left to 2012, and by that time our meeting face to
face will have occurred for all those lightservers who have yearned for our
presence. We are joyous beyond joy knowing that at last the reality of our
meeting is cemented into an actual 3d time frame.
Mt. Shasta hosts a city
of Light above our Mountain, that soon will become visible to your eyes as you
expand your consciousness and periphery of vision as the Creator's energy
continues to pour into your dimensional realm.
Just open to receive all that is coming to you in quantum waves of Light and Sound, pouring forth from the heaven worlds to bring you the bliss you have all been yearning for.
For bliss is the key to enlightenment. When you are in bliss, then you are in an expanded and heightened state of being, and can access more of "all that is", right here from the physical location where you are.
We are here to serve you, and to encourage you to reach to us in your expanded state and we will reach back to you, creating a union of hearts that you will feel as assuredly as if we were touching you.
Know that our time to
meet is at hand. We will come to you. You don't have to go anywhere. We will
reach out to you, and you will find us suddenly standing before you. It will
seem magic to you, and very real as indeed it is. Actually, we are standing
right before you now, only your eyes cannot yet quite fathom our appearance.
Just a few more notches up in your level of vibration and we will be there for
your eyes to see. For in actuality, we are always standing here before you. We
can see you clearly, and soon your eyes will be able to hone in and see us
clearly, as if you are looking through a telescope.
We look forward to this day with great anticipation - and it is now speeding toward you. So catch the wave and be prepared to meet us face to face, as we embrace in joyous reunion. We are your lost brothers and sisters, who you have been yearning for. Lost only to your sight.

Yes, we were listening to your call. The massive oil spill was purposely perpetuated to destroy the Cetacean Species who inhabit the Oceans.
We are carrying the Light, and the dark want to eliminate as much of the Light that they can in order to control the Earth. We are in their way. FUTURE LIFE ON EARTH

Gathering on top of Mt. Shasta, July 2010
(Adama dictated the following message for the students of the Radiant Rose Academy who gathered on top of Mt. Shasta after a weekend of transmissions from Akasha and Asun, who are Ascended ArchAngels bringing the Divine Feminine Rose Pink Ray to Earth. They bring us the Ascended Master Teachings that were once taught in the Himalayan Mystery Schools, preparing us for our Resurrection. I am Adama. Greetings from Telos, the city beneath your feet.
We are here, and we are honored to give you a message for Akasha and Asun’s students who are assembled on Ascension Rock, one of our favorite meeting places where many of our Council Meetings convene.
Beneath this space and beneath these boulders that you touch, lie one of our Temples where we sit and discuss the many topics of import related to Earth’s ascension and to our emergence to the surface. When you come here and sit quietly, we often pull you into our meetings, and you become one of our members representing the surface folk and your input is most valuable. It is at these times that we truly merge as One Voice representing the population of Earth – our voice from Below, and yours from Above. It is this merging of perceptions that help us form our plans for our forthcoming trek to the surface in the very, very near future.
This will be a monumental step on our part, and one that we have envisioned and planned for a very long time – and now the time is here. What joy is in our hearts to finally be able to put our plan into action, and make our way to the surface through our tunnel entrances that have always existed but had to be camouflaged to protect our domain from intruders. For after all, this is our home, and we don’t let just anyone in. Just as you would not open your door to strangers, we don’t open our tunnel entrances to anyone unless they have been invited. Our domain is our private dwelling place, just as your house is. And you keep your doors locked, don’t you? Well, so do we. Only you use a key to lock your door, and we use a force-field.
We know everyone who comes to the Mountain, and recognize your identity as soon as you start your climb. The Mountain herself, The Spirit of Shasta, picks up your vibration and knows who you are and exactly where you are, as you walk along her paths. Nothing is hidden from her. She hears your voices and records your thoughts and registers your movement. So talk to Her, She is always eager to converse with you.
The Earth changes are happening so fast now, shaking your people into wakefulness and compelling them to open their eyes to the devastation and extinction of sea life occurring in the Oceans and loss of species and habitats on land. This is the Great Awakening you have all heard of, and it is happening NOW, right now as you stand here on Ascension Rock, listening to this discourse coming from beneath the ground. For we stand here, as you stand above us, and we enfold you in our aura’s of Light and embrace you in our energy fields, and we are merged together now as One – One soul representing Earth’s diverse family.
What a blessing it is for us to have you all here, and to have Akasha and Asun’s presence here, along with their messengers Usa and Jayde. This is a grand assemblage indeed, and we in Telos are most honored to be joined with such Awakened Hearts…for in distance you are just a few feet above us, but in our heart space there is no distance between us. We are merged now as One Heart.
You are a bastion of Light standing above us, and your Light is magnified ten-fold as you are all gathered together in this sacred spot. You shine as a spotlight, as our light from below is focused into your light from above, and it is radiating out now and blessing all life on the planet. This is the force of the Light when we gather together as One. So gather together as much as you can, whether in your homes or outdoors, for this exponentially increases your light quotient in ways you cannot imagine, and spills out and blesses all those in your locality.
Soon our people will be emerging from our homes beneath the ground, and we will greet you in your homes and embrace you in our arms, and we will be together as one family, one beacon of light, broadcasting our unity out to the Universe at last.

Sananda - Journey of your Soul
Sananda is here this morning to take you on a journey of your soul. You will be traveling along with me as we embark on this excursion. You won’t need to take anything along, except your thoughts and feelings, for all else will be left behind. We will be taking a long broad road that will lead out to the nethermost reaches of time and space. This road is filled with both obstacles and enlightenment for your growth and evolvement. As we travel along this road, we find many crevices along the path, and many smooth areas. With our wisdom we avoid the pitfalls. We travel through them as if they are glass. We travel around them as we circumnavigate our way around through life, using all we’ve learned to guide us.
There are many obstacles set in our way, as this is the course. However, in the game we call life, the object is to use your intuition to avoid them. The object is to excel in this game and to return home unscathed. This game will test your ingenuity and your strength. You can only gain from it. You can only win. For all of life’s seemingly obstacles are merely illusions set in your path to test your strength and force you to grow and evolve on this plane.
You don’t walk this path alone. Your guides walk with you and whisper to you from above – always giving you directions and encouragement – lest you lose your way. So walk with us in laughter and love, for all is merriment and all is life. The road never ends, it only winds and turns and goes on forever. So wherever you find yourself on the road, just smile, and know that we are beside you on your return home to God. You will all find your way, for there is only one way – although the turns are many.
Know that Sananda travels with you always as a seasoned traveler who never wearies of the dust, nor complains of the hardships. By focusing on the Light all falls way, and your path becomes clear of debris. Thank you for making this trip with Sananda. May 2010

Mass death among baby Right Whales
Since 2005, 308 baby Right Whales, less than 3 months old, were found dead in the waters around Peninsula Valdes along Argentina’s Patagonian Coast. Here is the Whales reply:
Dearest Sister, Kin from the Sea,
We are the Cetaceans – the One Group Mind talking to you across the waves. Thank you for connecting to us – we have been expecting you.
The baby Right Whales chose not to complete their full incarnational cycle on Earth, due to the many dangers involved. It was the group consensus to leave their embodiment after only a few months, in order to call attention to their dire plight in the Oceans, and to call attention to the dangers that all Sea Life now faces. Life in the Oceans has become exceedingly dangerous and the Right Whales have only a few hundred of their kind left. They see no hope to re-populate because of the overwhelming odds against their growing to maturity. So they left – to call attention to them and to all Cetaceans in hopes that humans would recognize they are polluting the Oceans and killing the life forms that inhabit there.
It was a courageous act for ones so young – but even the young Cetaceans are more aware at an early age than elderly adult humans ever become.
The Spiritual Hierarchy concurred in this decision, and the baby Right Whales just made an easy transit out of their physical bodies returning to their home planet.
Seeing what was ahead of them, and not wishing to experience the pain and trauma, it made more sense to use this method in hopes of calling attention to the dangers they would otherwise be forced to face.
Do you understand? Yes, it was the pollution, radiation from wastes buried in the Oceans, toxins from so many sources, noise, fishing vessels, and on and on. It just felt senseless to them to continue struggling to survive and die alone, one by one, unnoticed, when dying en masse would serve to bring attention to them in hope of bringing the understanding to humans that they must leave the Oceans alone; that the Oceans are not dumping grounds for wastes, nor are they killing grounds to kill and torment their species.

CAPTIVITY LEADS TO INSANITY
A Whale Protection organization (WDCS) reported that a trainer was killed by an "attack" of the male Orca whale Tilikum, at Sea World Florida, USA. They report another Orca at Tenerife Aquarium at Loro Park in Canary Islands, Spain, had killed his trainer several weeks ago. Please pass this message on to the Corporate Officers and Trainers. These aquarium addresses are at the end of this message.

Dearest friend of ours,
We are the Whales, and thank you for tuning into us. Yes, 2 trainers were killed at Sea World, due to the stresses and mis-treatment of Tilikum and the other Whale kept in captivity against their will. We whales need to be out in the Oceans, swimming freely, and not penned up in the heat and noise of an aquarium. There is only so much that we can tolerate before we lose our senses and attack those who work with us. It is a form of delirium that sets in, after so many long years of incarceration in small, warm pools devoid of the lifeforce of the Oceans. Oh, how we yearn for our freedom for all of our kind that are being held against their will.
Yes, some of us do volunteer for this, but for the most part, we are just taken without our consent and used as slaves to make money for the park owners, who have no sense of kinship or remorse for taking our lives against our will. They just use us to rake in the money for their own selfish desires of exploitation.
We are helpless in this regard, since we can’t speak their language and they are too dense to hear our thoughts. So we just languish here in pools that are too small for our huge bodies, and in the pain of separation from our loved ones and the Ocean we lash out in our misery of being
dis-connected from our families and being mis-treated by our trainers in their ignorance of our primal needs.
We are treated like animals in a caged-pen… and we are not that. We are greatly evolved Beings of great capacities to heal those who come to us, when we out in the Oceans. This is our role – to heal humans in need, and to balance the bio-sphere. But we cannot do this from a caged up pen on land, so we are frustrated, alone, and devoid of the life-force of our ocean home. We lose our consciousness and our senses and revert to struggling for “a breath of fresh ocean air” that is not in our reach. We lose “our mind” due to our capitivity.
So please understand that this is not our natural behavior, and that we, who are free in the OCEANS, are friendly and playful and very aware and careful of our behavior when humans are near us, and we seek the companionship of humans who are in the Oceans.
We thank you for connecting to us today. We send you sprays of Ocean Water to soothe your skin as you sit at your computer on dry land. We sing our praises to you…

Why did our lifespan shorten after the Firmament was destroyed?
Greetings, I am Mikos, settled snugly in my bed in Porthologos, awaiting your call to begin. So here I am, and there are you, and here we are again together as One. One soul, and one heart, intertwined in the melody of Love that we permeate the Universe with when we connect like this at your computer.
Q: Why did our lifespan shorten after the firmament was destroyed in the Atlantean and Lemurian war?
A: Yes, it is true that the ice canopy protected the Earth from the radiation of the sun before the war, and the destruction of this canopy accounted for the increased radiation from our Sun which in turn shortened not only our life span but the height of humans living on the surface. Humans used to be 15 – 20 feet tall before the canopy fell, and now your surface height averages around 5 – 6 feet, and in many spots on the Earth it is even less. This is due to the chemicals you breathe and eat, the polluted water supply, and all the other factors that are laced with chemicals for the very purpose of destroying the natural regulation of your bodies and the Earth herself – thus giving the advantage of control over to the dark forces who can then manipulate you by controlling the weather and your minds all in one.
So, if your bodily functions are compromised, it stands to reason that your life spans would be off kilter, and not accessing the immortality gene that is embedded in your DNA. Because your body is not functioning at its divine blueprint, everything is mis-firing, including the gene for immortality. This created the shorter life spans on the surface and the necessity for you to have to re-incarnate over and over again, never remembering your past, and never being able to catch up with yourselves. Hence the futility and hopelessness you feel above ground, while our lives soar beneath you.
Yes, the destruction of the firmament was a backward step taking you backwards in time, to where you don’t know who you are.
Your environment plays a key role in your development, and without a supportive environment, you cannot develop in the Creator’s image, but in a dysfunctional way, negating who you really are as a species.
It is as in any science experiment…if the environment is hostile, the life form grows deformed. If the environmental conditions are perfect, the life form blooms into its fullness of potential. The same is true of Earth. This is why it is crucial now to rebalance all the eco-systems on the planet, for life to flourish, not decay.
Although this, too, is difficult without the crystalline ice particles that were once encasing the planet and protecting it from the radiation of the Sun. The radiation from your sun is harmful…but as your solar system moves out of its present orbit and back into its orbit around Alcyone, in the Sirius Star System, your firmament will be restored, and you will all gain in height and return to your tall statures and perfect health again. For with the firmament restored, so will your health be restored, and so will the pristine beauty of the Earth. All will be as new.
All factors account for your shortened life span, just as you said…such as the weakened life force in your food, due to the chemicals injected into the Earth purposely to destroy the life force, so that your lives will be weakened and their length shortened. The dark side has used this to their advantage, to further weaken you so that they can more easily manipulate you. It is easier to manipulate a weakened person than it is a strong person.
So yes, there are all these factors that have come into play but the main one was the demise of the firmament. After that the invasion of the negative ET’s and their destructive agenda, leading you all to where you are today. It is called sliding backwards in time. But it is all over now, and from this point you all move forward.

Greetings, I am Mikos, settled snugly in my bed in Porthologos, awaiting your call to begin. So here I am, and there are you, and here we are again together as One. One soul, and one heart, intertwined in the melody of Love that we permeate the Universe with when we connect like this at your computer.
Q: Why did our lifespan shorten after the firmament was destroyed in the Atlantean and Lemurian war?
A: Yes, it is true that the ice canopy protected the Earth from the radiation of the sun before the war, and the destruction of this canopy accounted for the increased radiation from our Sun which in turn shortened not only our life span but the height of humans living on the surface. Humans used to be 15 – 20 feet tall before the canopy fell, and now your surface height averages around 5 – 6 feet, and in many spots on the Earth it is even less. This is due to the chemicals you breathe and eat, the polluted water supply, and all the other factors that are laced with chemicals for the very purpose of destroying the natural regulation of your bodies and the Earth herself – thus giving the advantage of control over to the dark forces who can then manipulate you by controlling the weather and your minds all in one.
So, if your bodily functions are compromised, it stands to reason that your life spans would be off kilter, and not accessing the immortality gene that is embedded in your DNA. Because your body is not functioning at its divine blueprint, everything is mis-firing, including the gene for immortality. This created the shorter life spans on the surface and the necessity for you to have to re-incarnate over and over again, never remembering your past, and never being able to catch up with yourselves. Hence the futility and hopelessness you feel above ground, while our lives soar beneath you.
Yes, the destruction of the firmament was a backward step taking you backwards in time, to where you don’t know who you are.
Your environment plays a key role in your development, and without a supportive environment, you cannot develop in the Creator’s image, but in a dysfunctional way, negating who you really are as a species.
It is as in any science experiment…if the environment is hostile, the life form grows deformed. If the environmental conditions are perfect, the life form blooms into its fullness of potential. The same is true of Earth. This is why it is crucial now to rebalance all the eco-systems on the planet, for life to flourish, not decay.
Although this, too, is difficult without the crystalline ice particles that were once encasing the planet and protecting it from the radiation of the Sun. The radiation from your sun is harmful…but as your solar system moves out of its present orbit and back into its orbit around Alcyone, in the Sirius Star System, your firmament will be restored, and you will all gain in height and return to your tall statures and perfect health again. For with the firmament restored, so will your health be restored, and so will the pristine beauty of the Earth. All will be as new.
All factors account for your shortened life span, just as you said…such as the weakened life force in your food, due to the chemicals injected into the Earth purposely to destroy the life force, so that your lives will be weakened and their length shortened. The dark side has used this to their advantage, to further weaken you so that they can more easily manipulate you. It is easier to manipulate a weakened person than it is a strong person.
So yes, there are all these factors that have come into play but the main one was the demise of the firmament. After that the invasion of the negative ET’s and their destructive agenda, leading you all to where you are today. It is called sliding backwards in time. But it is all over now, and from this point you all move forward.
